Good Photography

I chose to view the photo of the sunset with the sailboat.  I think a few minor changes could be made, but I overall think this is a good photo.  In this photo, I like the reflection of the sun along the water line.  I like being able to see the line between the water and the tree line.  I also enjoy the sailboat on the right of the picture to balance it out.  This photograph is better because of the high contrast, the different angles, and its focal point of the boat and the reflection of the sunset guiding your eye into the sky.  I think creativity and imagination is what makes a good photographer.  Therefore, I believe anyone could be a photographer.  One thing that really catches my eye in the photograph is the vivid pink of the reflection of the sun in the water. 

Something Special I Can Do.

Something that I can do well is dance.  Dance has always been a huge part of my life and I have been doing it ever since I was about two years old.  Dancing isn't necessarily hard, depending on how you do it.  Those who aren't actually involved in dance classes usually just take dancing as a matter if they want to embarrass themselves or not.  The kind of dance I do is a little more than just going onto the dance floor and moving your arms and legs around; there is a lot more technique behind it.  Although, there isn't really exact instructions on how to dance.  I guess the only instructions I could give are to sign up for dance classes to learn the technique, or just move your body around and have fun, because that is dancing too!  I believe everyone should know how to do this because you will be encountered to do so at least once in your life - Whether its a a school dance, wedding, party; dancing will most likely be a part of it.  So I believe if you take the time to learn how to dance, than you will have more confidence, therefore you will have more fun and will want to participate in dancing.

New Technology.

What piece of new technology would I love to have?  Well, I already have an iPhone and an iPad, so I guess the next step up would be a Mac.  I think a Mac would be a great new piece of technology to have!  With this technology I would be able to use my regular websites like: twitter, youtube, facebook, pinterest, etc.  I would also use it for school projects as well.  It would make my life better because it would make things easier and faster for me to do.  I would also be able to take it to college to do all those awesome college things I am going to have to do.... Anyways, yes I think my choice would be a Mac.

My Four Day Weekend.

Wednesday
My four day weekend wasn't anything that special, but special enough to make me not want to come back to school.  My four day weekend began on Wednesday afternoon.  On Wednesday,  I basically just went home and slept and watched movies with Brandon. 

Thursday
 On Thursday,  well it was Thanksgiving of course!  For me, this Thanksgiving was a busy one.  I started out by going to my Grandma Sue's with the rest of my dad's side of the family, along with Brandon.  I ate a lot of food and played with my baby cousins.  After that,  Brandon and I went to his house and spent some time with his family.  At his house, we watched the Lions football games, and also looked at ads for the Black Friday sales!  Then, we left his house and we went to my Grandma Jans' to visit with my mom, grandma, and grandpa.  We ate a little more food there, and just sat and talked.  After that,  Brandon wanted to start his Black Friday shopping around 6 pm! So, I dropped him off at Walmart, then headed back to my Grandma's to watch my baby cousins.  Which pretty much ended my day. 

Friday
Friday,  I headed to Toledo for my own Black Friday shopping.  However, unlike many others I am first starting when others are getting done.  But I still got some good deals, and got most of my Christmas shopping done.

Saturday
 On Saturday, Brandon and I went over to my aunt and uncle's house for a huge Michigan vs.  Ohio State party!  It was fun, however I was quite disappointed that Michigan lost.  Later on that night Brandon and I went to the Adrian College hockey game with my mom and sister.  That was quite exciting!

Sunday
Sunday,  I pretty much slept my day away.  I slept all day, and then ate dinner.  After eating dinner, my sister wanted to have a "family game night" so my whole family went downstairs and played a bunch of different games.  We shared a lot of good laughs.

Thanksgiving

To me, Thanksgiving is the start of the holiday season.  It is a day to remind you all of the things you need to be thankful for, and cherish them.  I am especially thankful for Thanksgiving this year, because last year on Thanksgiving, I had the flu.... so I didn't get to spend time with my family or eat any yummy food.  On Thanksgiving, I always go to my Grandma Sue's with the rest of my dad's side of the family; which is just, my mom, dad, sister, aunt, uncle, and two cousins.  We usually eat regular Thanksgiving food: turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cheese potatoes, mac and cheese, rolls, a million different kind of pies, and the list goes on.  The past traditions that my family usually celebrates is after eating a big meal, we all watch "Christmas Vacation."  However, this year I think Thanksgiving will be a little different.  We celebrate Thanksgiving because we are thankful for all that we have and it is when new land was found and an exchange was made between the pilgrims and the Indians.

Election!

Well it's that time again, the presidential election!  If I could vote this election, I would vote for Obama.  I would vote for Obama, because I believe for the past 4 years of his term he has done a good job.  Obama has accomplished a lot and I believe he will help our country progress with 4 more years in office.  I wouldn't vote for Mitt Romney because I feel as though some of the things he is trying is out of his own concerns.  I feel as if he is trying to take certain rights away from people due to his beliefs, not for the other 7 billion people in the world.  One of the proposals is for the Health Care Reform. President Obama has provided Obamacare and wants to keep it going with a few minor changes.  Obama's goal with Obamacare is to stop insurance company abuse, and provide free preventive care.  Mitt Romney on the other hand, wants to repeal Obamacare ASAP!  Romney wants to give each state the power to pick health care that benefits the state individually.  With this being said,  I favor Obama in his choice of Obamacare continuing.  Also, I really dislike all the commercials and mailings, just because there is so many and it annoys me.

Halloween!

Well it's that time of year, Halloween!  I'm not going trick or treating this year, because I don't live in an area where there is trick or treating, so we always go to a family friend's house.  However, this year because it's on a school night and it's supposed to be freezing, I will probably just stay home.  I also think that once you are about 12, you shouldn't go trick or treating, to leave it for more of the younger ones. Plus, I would rather go to a Halloween party.  My favorite costume as a child was probably when I was about two and I was a kitty, just because it was cute.  The best candy to get in your bag would probably be well pink Starbursts, Milk duds, Reese's, Kit-Kat's, and skittles.  I also enjoy carving pumpkins, even though it is very messy.  I did carve a pumpkin this year, and I made it look like a cat.  I enjoy Halloween just because it is full of all sorts of different activities.

I am Perfect...or am I?

I wouldn't quite refer to myself as perfect, in fact, I do know I am far from it.  Although, they always say "perfection comes from imperfections."  The number one thing that I think I should change about myself is my communication skills.  I'm really bad at talking things out when it comes down to certain situations.  I usually just get really offensive and ignore the problem in hope that it will go away.  I should change this, because it would help me out in life now and for future preferences.  I will be a better person if I do so, because I will be able to talk and work problems out and create better relationships with others.  If anyone were to know this about me, it would definitely be Brandon, because he's probably the one that deals with it the most.  However, I hope to work on it, and make myself a better person.

All About Me

I am Cassidy Rae Williams. I am a very friendly person, and most would say I'm shy however, as you get to know me you'll realize I'm quite outgoing.   I am a 16 year old junior in high school.  I currently am attending Sand Creek High School, in which I hope to graduate from next year.  I have blonde hair, and brown eyes.  My favorite color is pink, and anything sparkly as well.  I am part of the Sand Creek cheer team, and part of the Encore Elite Dance Team.  My favorite things to do are dance and hangout with my friends and boyfriend, and go shopping.  As a girl, I actually like football and my favorite team is U of M.  That is just a little information about me.  :)

Fall

Fall is such a beautiful time of year, especially with all the trees changing.  My favorite activities in the fall include carving pumpkings, going to fall festivals, and going to football games.  I love the trees that change colors.  In the fall, my family always goes to the Kapnick Fall Festival.  My favorite fall food is apple cider and donuts.  I did look at all the trees while driving around, but I did not take any pictures.  In the fall I like to watch football games, because fall is football season.

Spirit Week!

Spirit Week is always an exciting week.  I will be dressing up this week for spirit days, well, because I have to since I'm a cheerleader.   It is cool if teachers dress up, because it give the students a good laugh.  I also participate in the pep assembly, because the cheerleaders are in charge of it.  My favorite part is getting to dance in the pep assembly.  I also like seeing people have to do funny things.  I do think that the teachers should get more involved in the assemblies because the kids always think it's funny when they do participate, like Mr. Hewitt and Mr. Disbrow.  I am also helping out with the class float because I am a class officer and I have to.  But overall, I really like homecoming week!

My Weekend.

My weekend began on Friday night, after going home from school.  Friday night, I cheered the football game.  It wasn't exactly the best time to be cheering because it was pouring!  Although, it was a good game, and we won.  The following morning, I had to wake up very early to attend cheer camp.  At cheer camp, we basically just learned tons of dances and stunts to use for our pep assembly dance.  Right after that, I was on my way to my dance performance downtown Adrian, for Artlicious.  But before long, I got a text saying our performance was cancelled due to the bad weather.  So I was a little relieved about that.  Saturdasy afternoon, Brandon, my mom, and I went to Toledo to go shopping.  I had birthday money to spend, so I got alot of new clothes.  Later that night, the three of us went out to eat and then home to watch movies.  Sunday, I got up early and went to church with Brandon and his family.  After that, Brandon took me out to eat and then I watched his get his senior pictures taken.  Overall, it was a busy but good weekend.
